Led by Mac McMillan, CEO, or David Holtzman, VP of Compliance Strategies, these events cover healthcare privacy and security topics such as the start of the OCR audit program, the rise of ransomware attacks, and the ever-increasing hacking threat. Using real-world examples, these speakers shared their wealth of knowledge with attendees that have included CIOs, Privacy and Compliance Officers, and Directors of IT, among others.
Over 275 healthcare professionals attended these events, which were received with positive feedback. 76% of attendees stated that they found the workshops to be either “extremely” or “very” educational, and 99% stated that they would be “very likely” or “maybe likely” to attend or recommend future workshops presented by CynergisTek.
Additionally, several attendees provided positive feedback when asked what they liked the most about the workshop:
“The presenter was very knowledgeable. The content of the discussion was very relevant in today’s compliance world.”
“I enjoyed the real life examples & stories of true incidents. A lot of incidents don’t make the news, so it was eye-opening to hear.”
“Mac hit on the most needed topics involved in Privacy and Security. The information was interesting, informative and valuable to us as an organization. Mac is an excellent presenter, providing real life scenarios, humor and relevancy to the topics. I could have listened to him for several more hours.”
“David did a great job covering a lot of information in a short time period. He was able to hit on several key items.”
“Very knowledgable presenter. David Holtzman did a good job of managing the balance between lecture and discussion. Appreciated the dialogue with audience that David promoted.”
